Allow download of large files directly from the reports tab

Currently, when trying to download files larger than 10MB we see an error message like "Download directly from the S3 path" along with the s3 link. Ideally, we should be able to view large files directly on the reports tab. But if that's not possible, then at least the ability to download directly instead of getting the s3 path will be great.

International orange Possum Thanks for your feature request. Do you mean in-browser preview or file download? Please note that this is a platform setting and can be increased if you have an Enterprise deployment by changing the
tower.content.max-file-size
in the tower.yml
