Automatically launch or connect to a Studio session when a pipeline completes

After a pipeline run finishes, users often want to interactively explore outputs in a Studio session. Add the ability to automatically launch a pre-configured Studio session (or connect to an existing one) when a pipeline completes, with the run's output directory pre-mounted. This could be implemented as a post-run action or an option in the pipeline launch form.

Rob Newman this is specifically for wet lab type users. For AtlasXomics, their end users have zero bioinformatics knowledge and need a dead simple way to do this. In projects view, today you can just click to get into a report. I'm imagining the same thing, but you just click a button to launch a studio that you can then visualize the data from
