During user onboarding, pipelines can break and require intervention/debugging to get working. In a lot of cases, these are standard nf-core pipelines (source), which may not work due to our internal custom infrastructure requirements.

Part of the reason is that custom configs are required to make most pipelines work on our infrastructure. However we don't have any way to inform users that they need to apply custom configs to their pipelines so they inevitably end up trying to run these pipelines and they break.

If we could force all users' pipelines on the Platform to use the correct configs, I think this might not be an issue, but currently we cannot do that, because users can just keep adding new pipelines and updating old pipelines so the required configs are not applied.
