Create an Admin dashboard which displays a view of all activity

Seqera platform admins should be able to view/export an activity dashboard for all:
- Organizations
- Personal workspaces (of everyone)
This could be incorporated (or not) within the existing dashboard page.
We should also consider a similar usage for organizations in which the organization Owners can also view their users' personal workspace activities.

Per workspace landing page, similar to a dashboard view

Seqera Platform has a dashboard that allows administrators to see details on all the running pipelines across all workspaces. This is super helpful. However, it occurs to me that these details should be available to the workspace users themselves.
Currently when a user navigates to their workspace, it seems the default view is the launchpad, and in order to know what is running in the workspace, they need to go and click into the Runs tab.
It would be easier and more convenient if the landing page for a workspace instead had a dashboard view that could show some summary metrics such as:
- the number of currently running / submitted / failed jobs
- a mini launchpad with "most recently used Pipelines" and "most recent Runs"
Basically a summary of the workspace's contents on the landing page, including a live runs dashboard.

A dashboard to show the number of jobs

As a follow up to a recent feature request for a workspace-level dashboard, all of the dashboards in Seqera Platform need to show the number of jobs in addition to showing the number of Nextflow pipeline runs.
This is important because some runs have few jobs, and other runs have 1000's of jobs. And the division of jobs in
submitted
/ pending
/ running
/ failed
state should be easily visible. This would be super helpful, for example, when trying to corroborate the jobs we see in Seqera for current runs vs. the jobs we see in the AWS Batch console dashboard. And it would help to surface the actual resource usages of the current pipeline runs a lot easier than having to click into every single active run to see if its actually submitting jobs, if its jobs are all pending, or if they are all failing, etc.

As the admin of our organization I'd love to be able to see a table of what all the individual personal users are running in the new tower "Dashboard". This would be especially useful when doing upgrades to double-check that the system is quiet so we're not interrupting anyone running jobs.
