Expand data lineage in Seqera Platform to support multiple cloud providers and HPC environments

Nextflow data lineage is available in Seqera Platform
v26.1
for AWS object storage (S3) and SNS queues. It would be very helpful to expand this to other cloud providers (GCP, Azure, Oracle) object storage and HPC environments with S3-compatible object storage (MinIO).
