Adding the ability to programmatically execute commands in running Studio sessions remotely would allow deeper integration into other products/features both across Seqera Platform and third-party applications/tools.

hi - specifically, I would need to be able to do things like:

give an arbitrary bash command and get the STDOUT or STDERR back
do file manipulation via an endpoint
do file management via an endpoint
