Set option in Platform to set outputDir

With the introduction of new workflow output syntax, users are requesting if we can include a field on Platform to explicitly set the outputDir (instead of setting it at the top-level in the nextflow.config file). This is primarily due to the order in which Seqera Platform reads in parameters, and the potential conflict in the values for outputDir and params.outdir

I tried using the new Nextflow workflow
publishDir
feature, but it did not perform the final copy to the output directory when run on the secure platform. Is this feature supported, or is there an issue with my configuration?Rob Newman
