Toggle Studio session mounted data as read-only or read-write

Currently, data is mounted in a Studio session in read-write mode (unless the mounted data is hosted in a public storage bucket or the compute environment only has read-permissions to the mounted data).
The ability to toggle any read-write mounted data in a Studio session between
read-only
and read-write
modes would limit accidental modifications to a data source.Rob Newman
