Tower "wall time" could offer an indication of "total wall time" if a failed task has been resumed

Currently, resumed workflows carry over their CPU time, memory, disk I/O and estimated cloud costs in the aggregate stats view. It would be nice to additionally aggregate the wall time of the current instance of a workflow, with any previous instances in the session.

for what its worth, I believe this old script is able to do this from the trace.txt file

would be great to have this functionality in Tower, the lack of "total wall time including resumed tasks" feels like a feature that is really needed, and in Tower, this could probably be extended to "total cloud compute costs across all resumed instances" too.
