Ability to use multiple comp env in the same workflow.

We used fusion but it took much longer time in I/O if there are too many (thousands) of input files. We would like to use non-fusion compenv for this task while using fusion compenv for other steps.

This sounds more like a Fusion performance problem than a feature requests. Fusion shouldn't be slower than normal non-fusion execution. Feel free to open an issue at Nextflow repo with a small pipeline to reproduce the problem.
